1 Wireframes, Website and app design can take longer than 2 days, depending on project complexity. We can share updates on the Trello board every two days to keep projects on track.
2 Animation and motion short requests can only be requested through plan Elite+. Animations range from 6-10 seconds.
3 Brand Guidelines and logo services are a separate one-time-payment available as add-ons.

Most requests are completed within two days, but complex ones may take longer.
Hiring a full-time senior-level designer can cost over $100,000 annually, not to mention the challenge of finding one available. Plus, you might not have consistent work for them, meaning you pay for idle time. With Nomad, you can pause and resume your subscription as needed and save money with an annual plan.
You'll work directly with Juan Neira, Nomad's co-founder, and his team, including partner designers who ensure timely project delivery.
Once you subscribe, you can queue up as many design requests as you’d like, and we'll deliver them one by one.
If you don't have consistent design work, you can pause your subscription. Billing cycles are based on 31-day periods. You only pay for the days you use. You can bank your unused days and resume them when you feel you have enough items.
We primarily use Adobe Indesign, Illustrator, After Effects and Figma for design requests.
You have the flexibility in requesting designs through Trello. You can use Trello directly, share Google Docs or wireframes, or record a brief Loom video.
We operate on business days, so designs are delivered Monday through Friday.
To ensure your Friday afternoon request is processed, kindly submit by Wednesday at 5 p.m. Requests received after 5 p.m. on Friday will be processed the following week.
Rest assured, we are dedicated to your satisfaction and will revise the design until you are completely satisfied.

You can pause your subscription when you're done and resume it when you have more design needs. You’ll have those remaining days saved in our bank for future use.
We work on an async approach. We deliver requests in a 2-day cycle (48 hours) and the team works ferociously to deliver your projects on time in different time zones and locations. We don’t work on a 9-5 basis. During the final week of the year, we take a company-wide break for Christmas and New Year. All clients receive advanced notice of the exact days and dates we take off as the break nears. We also observe and don’t work on Good Friday – The Friday before Easter Sunday and Canadian Thanksgiving – It falls on a Monday. We make sure all work is delivered the day before the break, and we pick up again the next business day.
Due to the high-quality and industry-proven nature of our work, we don't offer refunds. Your satisfaction is our priority. Refer to the “How does the pause feature work?” question to review that option.
