Payment for services must be made in full, with 50% due at the time of agreeing to the term of contract and the remaining 50% due upon completion of the service.

While Nomad Marketing Agency LTD. makes every effort to ensure that the information, descriptions, and images provided on the Site are accurate, we cannot guarantee their accuracy. By using the Site to purchase services, you agree to do so at your own risk. Nomad Marketing Agency LTD. reserves the right to modify, reject, or cancel any order as necessary. If an order is cancelled and payment has already been processed, a refund equal to the amount paid will be issued. It is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.

Payments

We accept Direct Debit as a form of payment on the Site. By providing us with your payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount due to the payment instrument chosen. Nomad Marketing Agency LTD. reserves the right to cancel or reverse a transaction if we believe it violates any Law or these Terms and Conditions.

Consumer Protection Law
